Voice + AI: my productivity system with Raycast, Wispr Flow and Asana

I didn’t realize my daily AI workflow was unusual until people kept asking me how I work. So I finally recorded it: a quick tour of how I combine voice and AI to get through my day.

The two tools at the center are Raycast, which replaces Spotlight on my Mac, and Wispr Flow, which lets me dictate anywhere by holding down the function key. Wispr Flow uses AI to clean up what I say and the context around it, so it’s far better than the built-in dictation. When I ramble, a Raycast quick action tightens it up.

In the video I walk through:

  • Clipboard history and text snippets, the easiest way to start with Raycast
  • Dictating straight into Asana with Wispr Flow
  • Quick actions for cleaning up text
  • Time zones, window management and summarizing YouTube videos
  • Raycast AI: switching between models from one subscription, and presets like a UI/UX critic I share screenshots with
  • MCPs: creating and breaking down Asana tasks just by asking

If you already know Raycast and Wispr Flow, jump to 8:30 for the MCP part. That’s the bit that felt like a glimpse of where this is all going.

These are just a flavor of what’s possible. The real value is shaping the tools around how you already work.
